Once your bng account is successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under that account. This includes all bets, financial transactions, bonus applications, and any changes to account information.

• Password: Choose a strong, unique password for your bng account. Never share your password with anyone, including the bng support team — we will never ask for your password.

All games offered on the bng platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by an accredited auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• Game results recorded by the bng server are final and binding. Any dispute relating to game results must be submitted within 72 hours after the relevant game has ended.
• Bng is not responsible for game interruptions caused by connectivity issues on the member's end. If a game is interrupted, any outstanding wagering balance will be returned to your account.

To maintain platform integrity and protect all members, bng strictly prohibits the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without compensation.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account to circumvent limits or multiply bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the bng platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or payment methods that do not belong to you, including credit cards or bank accounts.

• Hacking & Technical Disruptions: Any attempt to hack, exploit bugs, or interfere with the normal operation of the bng platform.

Bng reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the case:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or false registration information.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.

If your account is terminated for reasons not caused by a breach of terms, any legitimate balance remaining in your account will be returned to you after the required identity verification process is completed, within 14 working days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the bng support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three working days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bng shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the bng platform.
• Service disruptions caused by planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Data loss caused by technical failures beyond bng's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that may not always be up to date in real time.

In all circumstances, bng's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your bng account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
